We work with hand-selected and trusted wedding suppliers in London to create our comprehensive collection of wedding styling packages, featuring fresh floral arrangements, bespoke ceremony decor, wedding breakfasts, evening party styling, and more.

us. Styling your wedding venue can seem
like a daunting prospect for even the most

you to fully understand the desired look for

STYLING
We have every visual aspect covered from
floristry to backdrops, to table centrepieces
and most importantly all of the little
finishing touches that bring everything
together. We appreciate everyone has their
own style for their big day and our
experienced team of stylists are on hand to
ensure that this is executed flawlessly.
COORDINATING
On the day we can be there to make sure
that all your decor is in the right place at the
right time, whether it be repurposing your
decor, quick room turnarounds or lighting
the candle at just the right time.

STAGE 1
THE FIRST MEETING
At The Luxe Occasion, we offer complimentary initial consultations and venue visits. This personalised wedding styling service enables us to gain an insight into your style, space, and your budget, allowing us to provide a detailed and accurate quote tailored to your wedding needs.
STAGE 2
THE QUOTE
Once we have collected all the essential information, we will present you with a mood board along with a comprehensive and detailed quote. Once you have made your choices, we will create a bespoke package that includes a special discount tailored specifically for you.
STAGE 3
THE FINAL STAGE
Once you’re satisfied with the details, we kindly request a 25% deposit to secure your wedding day. This ensures that everything is in place for your dream day. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before your wedding, allowing you plenty of time to finalise any last-minute arrangements and preparations.
